The Registration Process

In order for us to serve you properly, we require you to give us your personal contact information and your preferred method of payment (Credit Card or Debit Card). We will only need to take this information from you once. You simply make reference to your SM Call account number for all succeeding transactions. We take security very seriously and work very closely with our partner Barclays Bank to ensure security is maintained through all our transactions. You may register online via www.smcall.co.uk or via the SM Call application form which can be obtained from SM Call Representatives, or by calling our friendly Customer Services at 0207 442 0031, 0800 949 6331.

Payments

To activate your SM Call account online or via Customer Services, you need to make an initial minimum payment of £5.50. We will debit the card of your choice for the amount and the account will be opened instantly. The billing Agent of the Company is Eazy Collect - this is the name that will appear on Customer’s Credit/Debit Card billing statement.
